The Pinoy Farmers ICT Roadshow was a demonstration of the project's intent to span the "digital divide" that exists in the countryside. Interestingly, another constant theme that ran through the Roadshow's recently concluded Northern and Central Luzon leg is that it's never too late to learn, as shown here.
